Riley Blake Designs Project Tour: Buttermilk Autumn

Good Morning!  Today I'm sharing the project I made for the Riley Blake Designs Project Tour for Bountiful Autumn by Stacy West of Buttermilk Basin.

I've said it before and I'll say it again- I love everything Buttermilk Basin!  This new collection is no different!  Bountiful Autumn  is gorgeous.  Take a look-

You can see the Storyboard for Bountiful Autumn- here.

This rich color palette is perfect for autumn and it's everything I want to decorate my house in come that time of year!

I went off the cuff here and made up a pattern as I went.  I didn't write it down this time but I could in the future if there are requests.

I wanted to make use of this gorgeous panel called the Fall Floral Panel (P10862-Panel).

I was able to cut each floral design out measuring 15 1/2" square.  So, I designed my quilt using 15" finished blocks.

Here it is!

For the backing, I used Riley Blake Designs Buttermilk Basics Yellow Blocks (C9183-YELLOW).  For the batting, I used my go-to favorite- Warm 100 by The Warm Company.  I used my Janome Continental M7 to piece and quilt this quilt.  For the quilting, I decided on a free motion stipple.

That's all for today!  Thanks for following along!

Talk to you soon,

Jessica
