Riley Blake Designs Project Tour- Maple
Good Morning! It is Jessica Dayon here to share with you a recent quilt finish- this Autumn Leaves quilt using Maple fabric. I look forward to autumn each year and this gorgeous fabric has really been getting me in the mood for the cool days of fall and all that they bring.
For this quilt, I used the Autumn Leaves quilt pattern by Wendy Sheppard, Maple fabric by Gabrielle Neilson, and some RBD basics. The basics that I used are as follows: Dapple Dot in Marsala, Shabby in Butterscotch, and Sparkler in Apricot. For the background, I used Confetti Cotton in Le Creme (this is one of my favorite whites).
These leaves are so fun to make! There are 4 different leaf sizes and the pattern and they are so fun to stitch up!
I quilted it up using a meandering free motion loop.
I'm so happy with the way this quilt turned out. Autumn Leaves was a really fun quilt pattern. Maple is absolutely gorgeous and shines in this quilt in a really nice way. I know this will be a favorite at my house!
Thank you for following along with me!
Talk to you soon,
Jessica
