The most recent Moda Bake Shop Quilt Along- Summer in the Country- is coming to a close.  As always, I had the most wonderful time.

For this quilt along, I used 'Backporch' by Me and My sister Designs.  I absolutely adore this beautiful fabric!

Here are the details of the quilt I made-

I decided to do a setting different from the ones that were offered because I was looking for a specific sized quilt.  I made 9 blocks, added sashing, and then added a few borders.  It is still a good size and finishes at 64 1/2" x 64 1/2".

For the nine blocks in my quilt, I made-

1. Pinwheel Parade

2. Moonlight

3. Hay Baler

4. Evening Star

5. Lemonade - one of the blocks I designed for the QAL

6. Summer Basket

7. Millennium

8. Summer Kites

9. Cherry Pie - the other block I designed for the QAL

This quilt was so fun to put together!

And here is a look at the quilt top!  I love it so much!
