Fresh Fat Quarter Quilt Book Tour

Hi, Everyone!  Today I'd like to tell you about a quilt I made as part of Andy Knowlton's Fresh Fat Quarter Quilts book tour.

Have you seen this book yet?  It is written by Andy Knowlton and published by Martingale.

It is really fantastic!  In the book, Andy gives quilt patterns for quilts using fat quarters.  The book is broken up into sections of how many fat quarters the quilt uses.  It super cute and has lots of great patterns!

For my stop on the book tour, I chose to make the quilt named 'Sunny Day'.  I absolutely loved the blocks and the pieced border in this quilt!

I chose to do it in Bonnie & Camille's newest line- Early Bird.  I used only the navy, aqua, and white prints.  For the background, I used Bella Solids Aqua.  I love this color and I like how it blends in this quilt.
